Information Collection and Use Archer Heuristic Systems collects sensitive biometric data—including but not limited to heart rate, blood oxygen levels (SpO2), and blood sugar trends—via the Sentinel Band wearable. This data is collected specifically to provide proactive health monitoring and emergency triage. This information is used solely to analyze physiological trends and to facilitate emergency intervention when the system detects a crisis. 2. Data Security and DLT We utilize Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) to ensure the integrity and immutability of your records. All data is protected using industry-standard AES-256 bit encryption during transit between sensors and the Master Hub, and is stored using cryptographic hashing (Data at Rest) to prevent unauthorized access. 3. User Control and Data Deletion In compliance with Google Developer policies, we provide users with full control over their data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated biometric information at any time. To request deletion: Please email richie@archerheuristics.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Process: Upon verification, we will purge all personally identifiable information from our active databases and ledgers within 30 days, unless retention is legally mandated. 4. Third-Party Sharing Biometric data is only shared with third-party emergency services or designated caregivers during a detected health emergency to facilitate life-saving intervention. We do not sell or trade your health data to advertisers or unrelated third parties. 5.
